Submitting a contact form is an enquiry only. It does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed booking.

A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the details with you and provided confirmation.

2. Prices and payment

Prices will be discussed and confirmed directly with you before your booking is finalised.

AEROBALLS does not accept payments through its website.

Payment arrangements, including the amount due, when payment is required and the accepted payment methods, will be explained to you directly before your booking is confirmed.

Please do not send payment card details through our website contact form.

3. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible using info@aeroballs.co.uk

Our cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements will be explained and agreed with you when your booking is confirmed.

Any cancellation charges will be subject to applicable consumer rights and law.

4. Safety and supervision

The safety of our visitors is important to us.

All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by AEROBALLS staff.
